Gay Kauai. This is the gateway for everything gay or lesbian  that is happening on Kauai,
the "Garden Island". Our local community is very friendly and visitors to our island are
always welcome  (and in fact encouraged) to attend any of the events and functions.

Kauai has a very active gay and lesbian community, and there are scheduled family events
almost every day of the week. The "events" link above will get you to a complete listing of
our schedule which is updated at lease every week (and frequently more often) .

***We will be updating our new calendar feature soon; we also will be including a feature to allow you to directly list your events that will be open to the public.  Stay tuned; we expect this feature to be completed in November.  In the meantime, check out the bottom of the calender with special tabs; the Bon Fire option shows the dates and who is sponsoring the next bon fire.

Visitors:

Welcome!  More than 50 miles of beaches ring the island of Kauai'i.  More than 100 miles of walking and hiking trails traverse it, too.  More than 400 inches of rain fall on Kaua'i's center at Mt. Waialeale igniting a proliferation of greenery giving the isle its moniker, "The Garden Island."  There are rainbows.  Rainforests.  Whales, Waterfalls.  Monk seals.  Tropical flower gardens.  And more.  There's such an abundance of things that make Kaua'i a paradise but not enough time in one or 20 vacations to enjoy them all, so the "Best of" guide was created to help you enjoy them all.   We have encluded many of their highlights and suggestions to help you pinpoint the best of the best.
